One of the ways you can build your brand or business is through referral. You must understand that no matter the quality of your goods/products or services, it is practically impossible to reach everyone in the world even if you spend a lot on ads (not disputing the fact that you can reach a lot of people through ads, but some people will only respond or get to know your product or services until it is told them by another person). That is why you must place value on everyone that shows interest in what you do for you brand or business to keep growing. If you keep despising some people because of some convictions you have about them, then you are placing a limit on the growth of whatever you do. There are people all over the world and all this people have mouths, this means they are always talking or saying something at everyone point in time, so put your products and services in their mouths.
